When you submit the contact form on this site, we collect the information you provide — typically name, company, email, phone or WeChat, country, role, expected volume, and your message. We do not collect this information passively.

How we use it

We use the information solely to respond to your inquiry, qualify your fabric brief, and follow up with samples or quotations. We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising.

Where it lives

Inquiries are stored in our internal CRM (hosted on Supabase) and are accessible only to FLEXURA sales and operations staff who need them to do their work. We retain inquiry records for as long as commercial conversations remain active, plus a reasonable archive period.

Cookies

This site uses minimal cookies — strictly for language preference and essential session state. We do not run third-party analytics or advertising trackers.

Your rights

You may request a copy of your data, request correction, or request deletion at any time. Email privacy@flexuratextile.com and we will respond within 30 days.
